The checklist below serves as a guide to help you understand your current state according to traditional Thai medicine, and which element's influence is stronger in your body.

Earth Element [Element] Tendencies: Manifested Characteristics and Conditions
【Characteristics】People with a strong Earth tendency often have a solid physique, are healthy, and full of vitality. Their skin is dark, and their hair is black and thick. They gain weight easily and lose it with difficulty. Their joints are so loose they feel like they could dislocate. They speak clearly and loudly. Their personality is humble and modest. They possess strong ideas and will, aiming for high goals in life. On the other hand, they can be discontented or stubborn, and their anger can be intense. In insecure situations, hesitation and depression are likely to appear.

Water Element [Element] Tendencies: Manifested Characteristics and Conditions
【Characteristics.People with a strong Water attribute tend to have a medium and balanced build. Their skin is transparent and firm, and their eyes are gentle. Their hair is beautiful and black. They are relatively strong against hunger, heat, and cold. Their movements are relaxed and stable, but they can also be lazy. They have a clear voice, good memory, are rational, and plan well. They are broad-minded and have the courage to face life's difficulties. They tend to have strong sexual desire and sensation.

Wind Element [Element] Tendencies: Manifested Characteristics and Conditions
【Characteristics.People with a strong Wind tendency often have rough and easily irritated skin. Many have a delicate and slim physique with flexible joints. They are relatively sensitive to cold and always sleep lightly. They are talkative, have a low voice, and don't speak clearly. They are fearful and prone to panic. Their sexual desire and sensation are not very high. They are highly imaginative, enjoy fantasy, and many succeed as artists. They are characterized by being fickle and having unstable moods.

Vegetables and Fruits:: Ginger, galangal, lemongrass, pepper, coriander (pak chee), onion, garlic, mint, holy basil (gapao). Avoid sweet foods.
【Other Advice.People with the Wind element tend to faint easily due to dizziness or lightheadedness. Also, during the rainy season, the Wind element's activity increases, making them prone to falling ill.
Fire Element [Element] Tendencies: Manifested Characteristics and Conditions
【Characteristics.Many people with a strong Fire tendency have a lean constitution and are sensitive to heat. They are often hungry and have a strong appetite. Their head and body hair tend to be soft and fine, and they are prone to graying or thinning hair. Their skin has a deep color and is prone to wrinkles. Their joints are loose, and their sexual desire is moderate.
They move briskly, think rationally, and are decisive. They are multi-talented, have strong self-belief, and are confident. They are compassionate. On the other hand, they are not good at adapting to situations and are easily irritated and stressed. Their patience is relatively weak, and they tend to become irritable and short-tempered when annoyed.

【Other Advice.People with the Fire element tend to be easily irritated and offended. During hot periods, the Fire element's activity increases, making the body prone to accumulating heat and easily susceptible to illness, such as fever.
