The process for Kampo consultation and treatment differs from Western medicine and may take some time.
After an in-person consultation with our Kampo doctor, we'll provide you with a custom blend of Kampo crude drugs in liquid (decoction) or powder form.
You can also choose to decoct the herbs yourself; please inform our Japanese interpreter if you prefer this.

[First-time Patient] Flow from Kampo Consultation to Prescription

  • STEP1
    1. Inquiry by Phone or Email
Consultations are by appointment only. For your first visit, please inquire by phone (066-1134025),inquiry form,oremail..
We cannot provide detailed consultations via phone or email, so for specific consultations, you will always need to visit our clinic. A first consultation fee of 500 THB is required for the consultation.
  • STEP2
    2. Filling Out the Medical Questionnaire
Please accurately fill in the necessary information on the medical questionnaire by your consultation appointment date.
After you fill out the questionnaire at our clinic, it will take some time for the interpreter to translate it into Thai. Due to time constraints, immediate consultation and prescription on the same day may not be possible. In such cases, you will need to visit us again on another day.
It is also possible to send an online medical questionnaire or a PDF file of the questionnaire via LINE or email in advance.
  • STEP3
    3. Questionnaire Translation and Briefing
Our Japanese interpreter staff will translate the medical questionnaire into Thai and convey it to the Kampo doctor, followed by a briefing with the staff.
After that, we will contact you again to confirm your consultation date and time.
  • STEP4
    4. Confirmation of Consultation Visit Date Appointment
We will discuss your consultation visit date and time via phone or email.
Please inform the Japanese interpreter of your preferred time within the Japanese staff's hours (9:00-18:00).
Appointment reception hours are generally weekdays from 10:00 AM, with the last reception time at 4:00 PM.
  • STEP5
    5. Direct Consultation with a Kampo Doctor
Please visit us at your reserved date and time and speak with the Kampo doctor with the Japanese interpreter present. (Each consultation averages about 20 minutes.)
Please understand that due to the time required for compounding raw herbs and decoction, Kampo medicine cannot be prescribed on the same day as your consultation.
  • STEP6
    6. Kampo Medicine Prescription
We will prescribe a two-week supply of decocted Kampo medicine tailored to each individual's symptoms.
As compounding Kampo medicine takes time, we regret that we cannot hand it over to you on the day of your consultation.
After your discussion with the Kampo doctor, we will arrange a date and time for you to receive your medicine.
Mail delivery is available in some areas, but if you prefer mail delivery, you will need to decoct the medicine yourself, so it will be handed over as raw herbs. Shipping fees will be charged separately.
  • STEP7
    7. First Kampo Medicine Pickup
Please come to pick up your medicine on the designated handover date. For those who requested mail delivery, we will provide a tracking number after shipping the medicine.
  • STEP8
    8. Ongoing Treatment
Since Kampo medicine is expected to be effective with long-term use, please contact us again around the end of your dosage period.
At that time, please inform the Kampo doctor about your physical condition after taking the medicine.
We recommend continuing treatment until the Kampo doctor determines that a prescription is no longer necessary.
Please understand in advance that since Kampo medicine takes time to improve conditions, it may take more than two weeks to feel the effects.

Precautions for Consultation and Ongoing Treatment

*Consultation is free, but if you cannot come on the appointment day, please inform us in advance.
*Kampo medicine is generally provided as a decocted liquid in a plastic bottle. If you wish to decoct it yourself, please inform us in advance, as the blend amount of the medicine will change.
*If you have a chronic illness or are taking regular medication, please bring your diagnosis results and medication data with you.
*If it is difficult to visit within the available appointment hours (weekdays 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM), please consult us.
*When filling out the medical questionnaire, please use English letters and Arabic numerals where possible.

*For second and subsequent consultations for the same symptoms, re-consultations may be possible via phone, email, or LINE. If you wish to do so, please inquire.

Symptoms Recommended for Consultation and Ongoing Treatment

Various cold symptoms, gynecological diseases, infertility, insomnia, stress, lifestyle disease prevention, male sexual dysfunction, diet, etc.
In Eastern medicine, unlike Western medicine where the effects of medicine appear quickly, it acts on the entire body, including areas that may not seem directly affected, and gradually improves the condition. Significant effects can also be expected in improving "Mi-byo" (a state where one is not yet sick but has the potential to develop an illness), which is not typically a target for treatment in Western medicine.
