Q. What can I drink during fasting?
A. During fasting, the consumption of solid foods is generally prohibited.
For drinks, during the 6 days from the preparation day to recovery meal day 2, if possible, avoid anything with caffeine, sugar, or carbonation.
We also recommend avoiding cafe drinks.
If you are struggling, consume a small amount of caffeine-free tea (e.g., Rooibos tea, Hibiscus tea, or the clear liquid from miso soup).
